Kevin K. Cushing | Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer for AlphaGraphics, Inc., Kevin K. Cushing is responsible for driving overall business operations and leading a system-wide effort to pursue opportunities and increase global business. Cushing has more than 30 years of experience in operations, finance, sales and marketing, real estate development and managing large and small organizations. Kevin and his leadership team have led the AlphaGraphics organization into the “New Now”, experiencing sales growth every month since January, 2010 and growing in locations while peer competitors are contracting in scale and revenues.
Before joining AlphaGraphics, Inc., in 2004 Cushing created Progressive Partners in Minneapolis, MN, with the sole purpose of owning and operating AlphaGraphics centers in the Twin Cities market. Progressive Partners opened its first location in downtown Minneapolis, MN in 1995 and a second location in Plymouth, MN, in 1998. Cushing’s superior leadership and visionary approach to quality operations, outside sales and e-Commerce initiatives proved to be a successful combination. He has earned numerous awards, including the AlphaGraphics Rising Star Award, Chairman’s Club Award and Gold Circle Status for twelve years.
Cushing’s foray into the franchise business industry came during his post as President of Terratron Inc., a company responsible for turning around franchise restaurants that experienced significant operational challenges. During his time with Terratron Inc., Cushing led the firm’s growth to become the fourth largest operator of Hardee’s Restaurants in the U.S., operating 80 locations in seven states and employing more than 3,000 people. He has served on the Board of Directors of AlphaGraphics Inc., G.A. Pindar and Son Limited, Special Olympics Utah, Dellwood Hills Golf Club, and EDSF, an organization providing scholarships in the graphic arts.
A native of Chicago, IL, Cushing attended Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, where he earned a B.A. in 1978. He also earned his M.B.A from The University of Chicago in 1982. Involved in his community, Cushing has coached Little League baseball and high school ice hockey. He and his wife Jill actively support non-profits such as The Ulster Project, Invisible Children, Special Olympics and Choice Humanitarian. Kevin and Jill have four children and live in Cottonwood Heights, Utah.
In 2010, Kevin was inducted into the Walter E. Soderstrom Society, recognizing his contributions to leadership in the printing industry. In September 2011 Kevin was awarded the “Print CEO of the Year” honor by the industry’s leading publication, Whattheythink.com.
Art Coley | Vice President Global Development
Art Coley leads the company's franchise development strategies and implementation, working with company team members as well as outside resources to grow the AlphaGraphics franchise network.
Before joining AlphaGraphics, Coley was Executive Vice President of Franchising for the International Center for Entrepreneurial Development (ICED). ICED is the franchisor of concepts such as Computer Explorers, Kwik Kopy, Women's Health Boutique and Parcel Plus. In addition, Coley served as president of Computer Explorers for four years, growing the number of locations from 58 to 105. Coley's experience also includes owning and operating a successful small business. He is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE).

Rodrigo Abreu | Vice President, International
Rodrigo Abreu has more than 15 years of experience in the franchising and marketing industries, and has used his experience, leadership and visionary skills to implement new solutions and innovative tools for the AlphaGraphics network. Rodrigo has been with AlphaGraphics for six years and currently leads international strategies, the Marketing Department at ASC, and AG Brazil, working with AlphaGraphics team members in the US, UK and Brazil.
Prior to joining AlphaGraphics, he worked as a Franchising and Marketing Channel Consultant for top worldwide companies, including Coca-Cola, Unilever and Elgin. He also led Latin American consultant offices for Hypercom in Cherto Group and Francap. In addition, Rodrigo is a speaker for ABF (Brazilian Franchising Association) and Franchising University, where he teaches and prepares franchise executives.
Tommy Auger | Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary
Tommy Auger has over 17 years of financial accounting, operational and management experience with growth businesses. In 2010, he joined Advanced CFO Solutions as a consultant. He currently services AlphaGraphics, Red Ledges and Medizone as their part-time CFO. He loves to work with people and help them develop goals, objectives and strategies which assist both individuals and companies with maximizing value.
Jason Kol | Senior Director of Technology
Jason joined AlphaGraphics in June 1997. Since that time, he has held several positions including Director of Digital and Design Services (2003-2006), Support Services Manager (2002-2003), Lead Support Specialist (2000-2002) and Support Specialist (1997-2000).
In September of 2006, Jason was promoted to Director of Business Technology. His current roles include the management of the I.T. and Support Services department, and he is the subject matter expert in digital file workflow and color management.
Gary B. Korn | Senior Director of US Operations
Gary B. Korn joined AlphaGraphics, Inc. in 2004 as Director of Imaging and Finishing Services, Systems and Procedures. Gary has extensive experience in the franchise industry and has worked with eight franchise concepts, six of which are in the print and visual communications industry.
Gary's previous positions include Director of Operations & Business Development for Catch the Moment Digital Event Photography Group; Business Director of Operations for GlobeNetix; and Vice President of ICED Holding Company for Kwik Kopy, Ink Well, Franklin's Printing, Copy Club and American Wholesale Thermographers. He was voted a member of the Texas Printing Education Foundation and was also a member of the IBM Printing Systems Division Print on Demand Council.
