We are delighted to have welcomed a new member to the team! Michelle Keeton, who works in the automotive side of AlphaGraphics as an account director, brings a wealth of experience from a career spanning many years.
The appointment will mean one of our key automotive clients will have a dedicated point of contact and is part of wider plans to further develop our automotive marketing services.
Driving our automotive offer
Michelle comes to AlphaGraphics with an extensive 30-year career in print, packaging and marketing across varied industries, including automotive, food and beverages.
She will be responsible for managing the account of one of our big-name automotive clients, heading up the day-to-day running of the whole account and working with marketing teams nationwide to continue to provide the excellent service we’re proud to be known for. In this role, she will also play a key part in developing innovative strategies to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. To support this initiative and ensure optimal service delivery, we are excited to announce a new account director position available that will focus on streamlining processes and boosting team collaboration across departments. This expansion underlines our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of excellence in client management.
Michelle will advise on their print and marketing materials in dealerships, including POS, display and signage, as well as helping develop their event campaigns.
Discussing her new role, Michelle said: “It’s great to be a part of the automotive team here at AlphaGraphics. I’m delighted to have the opportunity to join a sector that matches my skills and experience perfectly, especially as we are expanding our services and taking on new automotive clients.
“The team at AlphaGraphics is brilliant, we’ve already begun entering our automotive campaigns into awards and I’m looking forward to what we can achieve for our clients in the future.”
Personalised marketing
We specialise in providing personalised marketing and print materials as part of multi-channel marketing campaigns, and automotive is one sector where this is particularly key.
But why does the industry favour personalised marketing? Well, 80 per cent of consumers are more likely to do business with a company using personalisation in their marketing.
Personalisation in marketing is so successful because it speaks directly to its audience. It makes the customer feel valued, cuts through the noise, and is much more appealing on an individual level.
This is another area where Michelle is particularly skilled, having spent many previous roles focusing on this element of marketing, so it’s no surprise she’s picked up a few tips and words of wisdom along the way…
- Use clean, accurate and up-to-date data.
- Plan your campaign to include all the methods you want to use to communicate with your audience. This could be SMS, email or direct mail.
- Spend time getting the content right and ensure it appeals to your target audience. You’ll already know what your potential customers want to see, but it is always a good idea to do extra research – it will pay off in the end!
Test, test, test! Don’t go into it blind. You could start with a small sample audience first to get an idea of how the campaign will perform
